Emily Tepper's passion for contemporizing and designing ritual stems from her previous life as a professional dancer with the New York Metropolitan Opera Ballet. Most recently, Emily created a workshop at Parsons on experiential and movement-centric design for a collaboration between the Masters of Interior Architecture department and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. She holds a Masters Degree in Experiential Design from the Design Academy Eindhoven and was Fulbright Scholar for Choreography at P.A.R.T.S, Brussels while completing her BFA at the North Carolina School of the Arts. Emily is also the founder and director of New Daily Dance, a company that specializes in the creation of new rituals and designed experiences with the intent to help people bridge the gap between their present and their desired future.
